    Billor

    At Billor, we are building the largest truck ecosystem in the US through a verticalized and integrated business platform with Fintech, Technology and Freight Management to a highly fragmented market, with our mission centered around the driver's success.

    We are now looking for an experienced

    Industrial and Process Engineer

    who can help us to continue to scale our operations and refine our processes in our dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities
    Design and optimize transport network solutions, focusing on material flow, process design, site layout, and intellectual property.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver cost-effective solutions aiming for a "Just in Time" model.
    Manage multiple projects, leveraging strong negotiation and communication skills to influence outcomes positively.
    Execute the vision, create detailed roadmap, and specific technical solutions.
    Travel as needed to support project implementation and operational enhancements.
    Effectively implementing identified process improvements to achieve measurable enhancements in operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience

    Qualifications

    Formal Education:
    Bachelor's degree (Preferred but not required)
    Experience: 2-5 years industrial and Systems Engineering

    Computer Skills:
    Microsoft office suite (Word, excel, power point)

    Requirements
    Native or bilingual in English
    Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
    Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and concurrent deadlines
    Ability to follow instructions with accuracy
    Strong verbal and written communication
    Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
    Capacity to handle pressure
    Strong interpersonal skills
    Willingness to continue to learn
    Attention to detail
