    Job Summary:


    The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating and maximizing sales and growth from new and existing food processing companies which use coatings and seasonings from Newly Weds Foods.

    Essential Functions:
    Pursue new business opportunities with new accounts conducting presentations, business review and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

    Make sales calls to current customers to promote new products, check inventories, conduct sales meetings and assist with problem resolutions.

    Negotiate and manage customer pricing requests and contracts.
    Attend all major industry trade shows and conventions
    Approximately 40% - 60% travel
    Perform other duties or special projects as needed.

    Qualifications:
    Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
    Minimum of three years' experience.
    Strong communication, analytical abilities, organization skills and general knowledge of Adobe applications, Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes

    Work Environment:
    General office setting

    Periodic exposure to:
    (1) loud environment, (2) airborne particles with stronger odors associated with spicy food ingredients
    Fast paced, resource lean environment
