    Responsibilities:

    The Webmaster is responsible for maintaining the PSA's website, serving as the primary contact for all aspects of the PSA's online assets, including:

    · the maintenance of internet and intranet portals;

    · collaboration with Director of Technology, as a liaison;

    · facilitation of consistent, creative, and unified web design;

    · collection, analysis and monthly reports of web analytics;

    · use of search engine optimization (SEO) and other relevant metrics;

    · assistance to office staff of office technology as required;

    -role will require offering some general technology support to internal and external stakeholders by phone and email;

    · and other technology related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    · proven competence in web design and management of online resources;

    · excel skills, including advanced functionality like pivot tables;

    · comfortable customizing pages with HTML and CSS;

    · possess excellent problem solving and communication skills and be a team player;

    · some experience with CMS platforms (Wordpress, YourMembership, Salesforce) is expected;

    · familiarity with at least one scripting language (Javascript, PHP, ASP, VBscript) and rudimentary;

    · knowledge of web server technologies (IIS, Apache) is a definite asset.

    Experience and Education:


    At least one year experience in a position related to website maintenance, content management and technical support, and post-secondary coursework in digital media, web design or computer programming. Equivalent progressive professional experience may be substituted for educational requirement, and candidates may be asked to submit verification of qualifying education and experience
