    The Revenue Team is responsible for building on-ramps and engagement experiences to drive premium experiences and increased member value, delivering meaningful connections for millions of worldwide members.

    This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration three times per week.

    Own highly-visible surfaces in the Tinder app that represent our subscription and its benefits, and ensure that every subscriber touchpoint is a delightful and integral part of our subscribers' dating journeys.


    Efficient Execution:
    This role will require individual contributor work, and you will be heavily involved in multiple, complex projects.
    Enable all teams across Tinder to make our platform better for our subscribers. You will have a seat at the table when net new features are being created across all teams (e.g.

    8+ years of experience in strategic product management, focused on building consumer products at scale at a high-velocity consumer tech company.

    ~Strong ownership mindset and high operational efficiency, with the ability to manage multiple projects with low context-switching costs.
    ~ Ability to prioritize the highest impact projects, break them down into milestones to test key assumptions, develop hypotheses through fast experimentation, and pivot based on experiment learnings.
    ~ Strong analytical skills and understanding of subscription economics, with the ability to dive into data and forecasts, understand trends, and use this understanding to drive subscriber growth and profitability.
