    Description

    Do you have experience in A/V Home Installation Do you show strong leadership skills A high-end audio/visual company is looking for a talented Project Manager with previous experience installing A/V home entertainment and security systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor sites daily/weekly/monthly and update clients and management accordingly
    • Review bids generated by the sales team to generate SOWs and upload to CRM software
    • Verify and procure all materials needed for upcoming projects
    • Review site reports from the previous day, ensure follow up visits are created and updated as needed
    • Coordinate scheduling needs between the customer and office. Ensure project phases are completed within the agreed upon timeline. Coordinate schedules, between customers, vendors, and internal resources
    • QC inspections on sites after install. Including taking, uploading, markup, and tagging of site photos
    • Mark up of pre-install photos with notations
    • Mark up pre-install plans using adobe products
    • Meet with vendors to ensure they have a full understanding of project scope
    • Maintain operational awareness of other projects on the schedule even if you are not the one managing that specific project
    • Ensure hourly employees take lunches daily, are sent home early when they are not needed, and oversee overall labor hours on site
    • Verify staff has arrived on time for projects and reporting any issues back to the management team
    • Monitor labor hours and ensure employees do not go into overtime unless authorized
    • Coordinate and resolve issues promptly on-site and update management in daily reports

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of similar experience
    • Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. during shift
    • High school or equivalent
    • Have valid TX Driver's License and Reliable vehicle
    • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
    • Experience with basic Audio/Video equipment
    • Understands Cable TV and Satellite systems

    Schedule/Shift:

    • Monday-Friday
    • During the daytime from mornings till late afternoons
    • Full time

    Pay Rate:
    * $25-$30/Hour (Depending on Experience)

    • Houston Metro Area
