- Engineering design experience in variety of market sectors including pharmaceutical, retail, institutional, residential, educational, etc.
- Closely coordinate, and effectively communicate with other engineering disciplines, project managers, and architects.
- Review and develop design for compliance with applicable codes, adopted engineering standards, and good engineering practices. Extensive familiarity with national code knowledge is a must
- Assist in the development and production of construction documents (drawings and specifications) for new buildings, renovations, and additions to existing buildings.
- Perform all calculations required to design systems, including sizing of source equipment and distribution systems.
- Ability to design a variety of basic to very complex systems with minimal guidance using AutoCAD.
- Have the ability to meet fast-paced deadlines while maintaining quality design.
