Technical Department Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • coordination of deadlines and technical aspects with customers, structural engineers, and architects
  • coordination of all tasks within the technical department
  • optimization of production processes through adjustments of technical designs
  • supervision of 10 employees

Your profile:

  • experience in managing employees
  • professional experience in structural engineering
  • excellent technical knowledge in reinforced concrete construction
  • knowledge of current DIN standards
  • proficiency in structural analysis software
