Responsibilities:

Noblis MSD's mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCPD) in their missions to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings.

Noblis MSD is seeking to hire a Team Lead Logistics Software Development to support U.S. Navy afloat and ashore programs. You will provide system engineering and technical assistance support in the Philadelphia Navy Yard.

  • Managing the Logistics Software Development Team
  • Lead customer technical meetings
  • Design the system architecture for CSOSS Procedure Management and Publishing system (CSOSS MIS)
  • Develop Oracle database procedures and queries
  • Debug the NAVLOGTD environment and consolidate the database
  • Attend all internal management meetings to update status and financial budgets
This can be a remote position with occasional trips to Philadelphia, PA.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • 5 years of experience leading or managing projects
  • 3 years of experience in logistics databases
  • Experience managing staff or leading a team
  • Strong knowledge of Utilize C#, javascript, aspx, sql, and xml
  • Interface with the NAVLOGTD system
  • Secret Security Clearance

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws.

The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours.

The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis' total compensation package for employees.

USD $74, USD $130,400.00 /Yr
