    Job Summary: Provide efficient first line of IT support for end-users of the Enterprise.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide first level support for the IT helpdesk and provide resolutions to end-user issues.
    • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues to find resolutions.
    • Properly escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.
    • Track, route and redirect issues per established policies and procedures.
    • Utilize excellent customer service skills to minimize end-user downtime.
    • Respond to issues in a timely and efficient manner.

    Education and Experience:

    • Associate degree or equivalent job experience.
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
    • Working knowledge of help desk software, remote control and fundamental operations of relevant hardware and other equipment.
    • Proven working experience in providing help desk support.
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills along with server, desktop.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Troubleshooting computer hardware and software
    • Printing (local and remote)
    • VPN setup and operation (client and server)
    • Outlook/Office 365 Configuration
    • Strong understanding in area of Technical Support

    Physical Requirements:

    • Requires prolonged periods of sitting at desk.
    • Must be able to use hands and arms for repetitive movements, such as movement of wrists, hands, fingers while typing.
    • May occasionally be required to lift and carry up to 50lbs. (standard for office roles)
