Desktop Support Technician

About Us:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Provide Desktop Support:
Deliver exceptional desktop support services to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems for both Windows and Mac operating systems.

SCCM and Intune Management:
Utilize expertise in SCCM and Intune for software deployment, updates, and configuration management.
Implement and maintain security policies through SCCM and Intune.

Active Directory Administration:
Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory-related issues.

Tanium Operations:
Leverage Tanium for endpoint security, asset management, and software deployment.
Conduct regular health checks and implement improvements to Tanium infrastructure.

Imaging and Deployment:
Proficient in imaging computers using industry-standard tools.
Coordinate and execute large-scale deployments of hardware and software.

User Training and Documentation:
Provide training and documentation to end-users on IT best practices and self-help solutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes and procedures.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Expertise in SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, and Tanium.
Strong understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience in imaging computers and managing large-scale deployments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e

g, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified:
Windows 10, etc.) are a plus.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
