    JOB TITLE: **Regional Customer Service Rep/ Procurement**

    DEPARTMENT: Production

    LOCATION: Houston, TX

    We strive to deliver premier service to Architects, Builders, Designers, and Homeowners through our 31 company owned distribution locations (Meridian Brick and Masonry Supply) providing Brick, Thin Brick, Stone, Stucco + EIFS, and Installation Systems to each valued customer.

    **RESPONSIBILITIES:**

    Purchasing of resale materials and office supplies (Houston initially and potentially for other sites in the future)

    Provide customer support to all existing and new customers

    Order management

    **EDUCATION:**

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Undergraduate degree preferred

    **WORK EXPERIENCE:**

    Minimum of 3+ years customer service experience.

    Purchasing preferred

    Knowledge of Brick Sales or building materials preferred

    Oracle experience is a plus

    **SKILLS REQUIRED:**

    Excellent communication skills both internally and externally (customers)

    Excellent computer Skills/ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

    Committed to working in a zero harm workplace

    Ability to multitask

    Ability to lift 20+ lbs.

    Problem solving skills

    Able to work flexible hours as required

    **JOB INFORMATION:**

    M- F 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM TO 5 PM local time and weekends as required
