    The Local Procurement Rep is the main interface between EcoServices internal customers & suppliers.
    The LPR will ensure effective and timely procurement services for internalcustomers.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    The Local Procurement Representative will engage in thefollowing activities:
    Processingpurchase requisitions into purchase orders & emailing to suppliers.
    Runningopen order reports and following up on past due deliveries.
    Assistcustomers with expediting of materials or services when necessary.
    Workclosely with Storeroom personnel on storeroom stock replenishment orders.
    Directall special orders with medium/high dollar value to the appropriate site Buyer.
    Be awareof and respect the use of all Preferred Supplier Agreements.
    Train& assist requisitioners as required to ensure proper entering of orders.
    Reportsupplier performance issues to both the supplier and the site Buyer.
    Coordinateproduct returns for credit and ensure that paperwork is properly completed.
    Workclosely with Accounts Payable & site requisitioners to researchproblematic invoices and bring to resolution.
    Provideoccasional back-up support for other procurement reps during vacations oroff-days.
    Ensureall on-site contractors are HSE vetted and approved in Avetta prior to POissuance.

    REQUIRED SKILLS,


    KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCES:
    The minimum qualifications are as follows:
    Highschool degree or GED is required.
    3 plusyears of experience in a procurement related field.
    Fullyproficient with Word & Excel.
    Fullyproficient with procurement related transactions within SAP
    3 plusyears of experience with a basic understanding of the Purchasing and AccountsPayable interaction.
    Detail-orientedwith strong organizational skills
    Stronginterpersonal and communication skills are needed to be able toeffectively interact with internal & external contacts.
    Mustbe able to coordinate multiple tasks and set priorities to ensure customersatisfaction.
