- Manage every aspect of the sales cycle.
- Assume the role of the team's foremost product specialist and primary client liaison.
- Identify prospective marinas, yacht clubs, and boatyards through online research, cold calls, cold emails, and utilizing existing leads within our comprehensive CRM.
- Engage with marinas through electronic communication, phone calls, or live demonstrations.
- Maximize the CRM's capabilities to monitor and finalize deals.
- Participate in conferences to advocate for the company and secure agreements.
- Provide ongoing support to marinas during the closure and onboarding phases, facilitating the transition to account management duties.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field of study.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in selling to small and medium-sized businesses.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, relationship building, communication, and strategic problem-solving.
- Capacity to effectively manage multiple accounts while navigating through the entire sales process.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication aptitude.
- Flexibility, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic requirements of a rapidly growing startup.
- Not required but a background in accounting/bookkeeping is advantageous, as is a passion for boating.
