- Demonstrates a proficient knowledge while learning a variety of technologies.
- May perform planning, site/datacenter surveys, and providing recommendations for future proofing customer infrastructures by providing data to customers, internal or external, with actionable data regarding specific customers' infrastructure needs. This data might be rendered by either conference call, data (i.e., e-mail) or physical on-site inspection.
- May work on project implementations; conducts project planning, vendor comparisons, and project management.
- Responds promptly to trouble tickets/tasks concerning network/voice issues.

JOB SUMMARY
CSI Network Engineers focus on implementing and upgrading network infrastructure, responding to customer issues, and evaluating network systems across various platforms and protocols. They work closely with customers, managing tasks such as device migrations, installations, and ensuring configuration integrity. Meanwhile, our DevOps Engineers work with a broader team, including management, product owners, developers, and engineers, to plan and implement solutions that streamline both business and technical operations. They introduce new tools and practices in alignment with company standards to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Certifications:
Accredited university, college or trade school education in relevant field or equivalent training in relevant technology.
Experience:
Professional level position in described technology. Two (2) to four (4) years of successful, hands-on work experience in relevant fields.
Required Skills:
Preferred skills: DevOps experience- Computer Programming and Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.)
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
This position requires regular contact both inside and/or outside the company.
DECISION MAKING
This position requires the use of independent judgment to plan and perform; general decisions are made to solve a problem or select a course of action for a standard or recognized method of operation.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
General Supervision. Assignments are both task-oriented and objective-oriented. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgement and overall adequacy and accuracy.

Physical Demands:
The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk and hear, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands or arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, lift or move up to 50 pounds, and travel by ground or vehicle. This position requires the basic need to look at a computer screen up to 8 hours a day.
Note: The most common duties include the installation of cables in awkward locations and the removing and re-installing PCs, servers, and other rack-mounted hardware.
