- View and Work with production within the business Central tenant.
- Work with service support administrators to handle support requests.
- Participation in implementation projects for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Train, implement and support Dynamics 365 BC for new and existing employees.
- Collaborate with company to understand technical requirements and business objectives.
- Configure systems for the business processes.
- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications to align with specific business needs.
- Conduct testing to validate functionality and performance of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Provide guidance and support during the implementation process.
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions for clients.
- Troubleshoot technical solutions based on client needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and customize solutions to meet unique business needs.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Support existing implementations.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Proven experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Experience on Integration of Dynamics Business Central with other systems.
- Have a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or accounting.
- Storong organizational abilities with a focus on efficiency and time management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable and willing to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems.

As a Business Central Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the administrative tasks related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is an in person on-premises job. Not open to remote workers.
