We are currently seeking a Head of Central Physiotherapy (m/f/d) for our Central Physiotherapy Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the central physiotherapy department
  • Exercising professional and administrative supervision
  • Monitoring quality standards
  • Planning staff deployment, training, and vacations
  • Creating work schedules
  • Co-responsibility for job postings and applicant interviews
  • Managing the staff pool
  • Collaborating with the heads of other therapeutic professions and the physiotherapy school
  • Serving as a contact person for organizational issues in daily clinical practice
