Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties


Patient Interaction:

Greet and check in/out patients and office guests with a friendly demeanor.

Answer multi-line phones, handle voice messages promptly, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.

Verify patient and insurance information with acute accuracy.


Appointment Management:

Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.

Accurately collect insurance co-pays, patient expenses, and past due balances.


Administrative Duties:

Compile financial reports as needed.

Retrieve and distribute incoming faxes.

Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance.


General Office Maintenance:

Ensure the cleanliness of the front desk and waiting room areas.

Receive and route documents, such as lab results and clinical correspondence.

Requirements:


  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in multitasking with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in highpressure environments and meet tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable and efficient in a fastpaced work environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to implement effective resolutions.

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software programs.
  • Compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control procedures.
  • Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Check, and FBI Fingerprinting as required.
  • Willingness to travel to other local Verber Dental Group office locations as needed.
  • Electronic Medical Records systems experience is a plus.
  • Dental experience is a plus
