    BCS Fabrication is a growing business located in the Greater Fort Collins Area that specializes in bridge, structural steel, and miscellaneous metal fabrication.


    Our services include the design and fabrication of pedestrian bridges and rail, structural steel & aluminum, miscellaneous metals, marine structures, cnc metal processing, etc.


    We have established ourselves as a nimble, quick-turn, and cost competitive operation by staying lean and handling the entire engineering, detailing, and fabrication process in-house.

    We have an entrepreneurial, small-business culture and are seeking ambitious, goal-oriented individuals to join and help grow our team.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time role for a Structural Engineer at BCS Fabrication reporting to the CEO with tons of growth opportunity.


    This role will initially be responsible for performing structural design and analysis as well as developing internal tools and standards, workflows, etc.

    for speed, accuracy, efficiency, and growth.


    This role is primarily located in the Greater Fort Collins Area with the flexibility to work from Loveland, Atlanta, Denver, and/or Home.

    Qualifications
    Strong background in calculations, structural analysis, of steel structures and software
    Comfortability designing basic foundations
    Comfortability designing with other materials like concrete, wood, and aluminum
    Comfortability with applicable codes and standards and ability to implement current guidance
    Practical experience in construction means and methods
    Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
    Self motivated to refine and improve yourself and us
    Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and goals
    Professional Engineer (PE) license or on track to achieve it
