Description
Owl Labs is looking for a Product Manager to join a team that is building the next generation of real time collaboration platform and productivity solutions that will define the future of how teams collaborate in hybrid workspace environments.
This role is inherently collaborative; you will work with marketing, design, and engineering teams, and interact with colleagues throughout all levels of the company.
This is a unique opportunity to drive the development of an integrated hardware portfolio that will be the core of Owl Labs groundbreaking collaboration products.
What You'll DoSet vision and motivate teams to shape the future of collaboration through our hardware product portfolio
Flex between strategic problems and executing on the day to day.
Work with design, engineering (internal and external teams), and product teams to define product requirements, priorities and overall product roadmap.
Act as the voice of the customer. Through quantitative and qualitative analysis, maintain a deep understanding of the customer and their needsBuild and maintain a working knowledge of the competitive landscape including competitor differentiation, pricing and product innovation
Be accountable for building the right thing by setting goals, measuring success, managing priorities, and making the right tradeoffs.
Translate a complex set of possibilities (and technical requirements) into simple, compelling value propositions for the customer.
Guide products through their lifecycle, advocate new product opportunities or deprecations, and address challenges, barriers and dependencies with stakeholders.
Work with Marketing to develop a go-to market strategy including pricing, packaging, beta testing, etc.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Product Management
Track record of bringing new products to market
Strong analytical skills. Experience using data to drive decisions and illustrate business conclusions.
Ability to work with teams at all levels of the organization. Collaboration is exciting to you and you enjoy understanding the perspectives of others.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Experience as a user of collaboration and video conferencing tools
The best candidates will have:
A background working with products that leverage computer vision and artificial intelligence to drive elegant solutions for end users
Strong familiarity with multiple functional areas (e.g. engineering, sales, and customer support).
Ability to make tradeoffs between technical scale, business outcomes, and customer needs. Ability to think strategically, execute methodically, and act decisively.
Experience working in an innovative, fast-paced environment to hone a coarse concept into a delightful product.
