    The financial services industry has consistently put profits first. The misleading math, the fees, and the sales tactics have gotten out of hand. At many financial services firms, the advisor's only job is to grow the amount of assets under management. The good news is, there is a better way.

    We focus on simplicity when educating our clients about financial concepts including Volatility, Fees, and Taxes. We believe this allows our clients to develop a lifetime strategy that focuses on efficiency. The Fitzpatrick Group needs talented advisors to help accomplish this mission.

    Is the challenge worth it? Yes.

    Is the financial advisor role for everybody? Absolutely not.

    Compensation

    • $30,000-$50,000 base stipend dependent on sales experience & previous success
    • Uncapped commissions & bonuses
    • Compounded trails and renewals

    Minimum Requirements

    • College degree (preferred)
    • Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal & management skills
    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
    • Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written
    • Sales experience is a plus

    Position Responsibilities

    • Educate clients on The Ideal Portfolio, and the positive impact of reducing taxes, fees, and market volatility
    • Provide financial planning advice to include investment, insurance, and retirement
    • Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships
    • Build a book of business through networking, referrals, and natural market
    • You will be challenged and held accountable to build a sustainable book of business.
