- Prepare and generate regular financial and operational reports.
- Assist in closing tasks for different reporting periods.
- Manage general ledger data and create financial statements.
- Coordinate payment processes and interact with vendors.
- Supervise accounts payable and manage monthly interest payments.
- Compile insurance reports routinely.
- Support the integration of new companies into the business portfolio.
- Oversee partnership income and investment entries.
- Handle annual property tax payments.
- Assist in ad hoc reporting and analysis when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in public accounting in a staff/senior accounting position
- A solid grasp of debits, credits, journal entries, and financial statement interpretation
- Demonstrated expertise in tax accounting and reporting
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, intermediate in Adobe Acrobat, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Adaptability and effective communication with various stakeholders
- Dedication to continuous learning and client support
- Capability to embrace diversity, take responsibility, and solve problems proactively
- Professional integrity above all
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- CPA or CPA eligibility
