    *This is a hybrid role 4x a week on-site in NYC
    Rate $62.97/hr W2

    Brokerage Capital Partners (MSCP) is a New York based buyout business focused on middle-market companies in North America.

    MSCP makes control investments and has a targeted sub-sector driven strategy within five "focus" sectors including business services, consumer, education, healthcare and industrials.

    Responsibilities:


    • Quarterly Reporting
    • Summary Fund Report (SFR) + Quarterly Investor Report (QFR)
    o Update fund level performance (SFR + QFR) and investor letter (QFR only)
    o Perform outreach to investment team for portfolio company data and compile quarterly company updates and financial stats, once received (QFR only)
    o Coordinate review by fund admin and fund governance (SFR + QFR)
    o Coordinate posting of reports with internal and outsourced investor services teams (SFR + QFR)

    - Quarterly Investor Calls
    o Coordinate timing of quarterly investor calls
    o Coordinate distribution of call details with internal and outsourced investor services teams
    o Compile talking points for investor update calls

    - Fundraising / Marketing
    o Pitchbook
    Update deck for quarterly performance updates and other updates
    Make formatting updates and create new content, as needed
    o Offering Memorandum Supplements
    Update Offering Memorandum supplement for latest performance, new investments or other updates, as necessary
    Arrange review by internal legal and external counsel and incorporate comments
    Coordinate posting / distribution with Investor Services
    o Prospective Investor Due Diligence Requests
    Assist with completion of prospective investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and other diligence requests
    Update MSCP-specific DDQ for latest performance and any other updates

    - Valuation Process
    o Collect / consolidate information from team

    • Annual Meeting / Investor Advisory Committee Meetings
    o Invitations
    Assist with invite list generation and liaise with Brokerage events team on distribution (Annual Meeting only)
    Send calendar invites to Investor Advisory Committee members for bi-annual meetings
    o Meeting Materials
    Collect / consolidate materials from broader MSCP team
    o Logistics
    Work closely with Brokerage events team to coordinate meeting location and other related logistics (Annual Meeting only)
    Organize onsite logistics for bi-annual Advisory Committee meetings

    • Additional attributes: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn, ability to multitask and manage time effectively
