We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Employee Relations Specialist who will be a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in managing employee relations effectively.

As the Employee Relations Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all matters related to employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and concerns in a fair and timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide guidance and training to managers and supervisors on best practices for handling employee relations issues and promoting a respectful and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to identify trends, anticipate potential issues, and develop proactive solutions to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into allegations of misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and other violations of company policies or regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and documentation, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry trends, and proactively recommend updates to company policies and procedures as needed.
  • Partner with legal counsel as necessary to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company in mediation, arbitration, and other legal proceedings related to employee relations matters.

Required Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR management, or a related field, preferably in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Excellent problemsolving and conflict resolution skills, with a proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make datadriven recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Pay:
$80, $85,000.00 per year
