This collaborative Project Manager role is responsible for organizing and managing creative and digital marketing projects to support the OHC portfolio of brands including, Element Electronics, TYTUS Grills, and future businesses and brands.
To succeed in this role, the Project Manager will need excellent communication and time management skills to ensure marketing collateral is completed and delivered on time while collaborating with our in-house creative and marketing team, cross-functional teams, and outside vendors.
This role will be the administrator of our project management dashboard and will have a keen eye for identifying and anticipating potential issues with ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.
PROJECT & TASK MANAGEMENTPoint of contact for all incoming creative and marketing requests for all brands
Organize and kick off work while developing and maintaining workflows and calendars to ensure project milestone dates are met
Deliver and traffic final work to internal teams or external resources
Maintain our project management system, ensuring all projects have the most up-to-date tasks and information daily
COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION
Assist in identifying competing priorities while escalating potential issues which may cause delays or missed deadlines
Send regular updates to teams and stakeholders regarding project status and key next steps
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure the needs of the creative and marketing teams are clearly defined, planned, and executed properly
Lead weekly internal project update meetings to communicate the status of the project through applicable platforms
Assist in identifying competing priorities while escalating potential issues which may cause delays or missed deadlines
Requirements
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Management, Marketing, Design, or a related discipline
4-5 years experience in project coordination or account management in a marketing or creative setting
Experience with project management and project management software (prior experience with Adobe Workfront is highly desired)
Proficiency in all MS Office applications
Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Adaptable to change in a fast-paced work environment
Advertising, creative agency, or corporate marcomms experience
Knowledge of Adobe Workfront and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, etc.)
Knowledge of standard graphics design file types and aspects ratios and/or video codecs
Knowledge of consumer electronics or consumer hard goods categories
