Your Responsibilities


You will be responsible for independently managing, coordinating, and monitoring subcontractor services from the start of construction to handover to our end customers.

Additionally, you will conduct cost controls and invoice checks, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.


Your Education/Qualifications

  • You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience in the construction industry
  • You are familiar with construction law, VOB, and technical regulations
  • You take on responsibility and bring loyalty and enthusiasm to your job
  • You are highly committed, have strong social skills, and a great team spirit
  • You impress us with your performanceoriented, independent work style
  • You have a driver's license (Class B) and are proficient in using common MS Office programs
  • You have strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • You enjoy diverse and holistic tasks
