We are looking for friendly and confident Junior Project Managers (m/f) to organize projects in the field of personal promotion.

In this role, you will act with a high level of autonomy, budget orientation, and professionalism in leading your internal and external teams, as well as in managing our clients from the cosmetics industry.

The tasks require a great deal of commitment, motivation, flexibility, and excellent organizational skills.

You will join a friendly team in our office in Leipzig and receive an attractive salary in a permanent position.

To ensure an optimal work-life balance, we offer the option to work from home 2-3 days per week.


Your responsibilities as a Junior Project Manager will include:

  • Organizing and leading projects in the field of personal promotion
  • Project and budget responsibility
  • Managing external promotion teams
  • Leading an internal project team
  • Close contact with our clients
  • Monitoring, analysis, and success control

What we would like you to bring:

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable degree
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • High motivation and willingness to learn
  • Calculation security
  • Reliable and independent way of working
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Office
