We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for our Consulting and Customer Service department in Rippey, IA to support our experts in advising and managing our over 100 eCommerce brands.


During the training period, you will learn all about eCommerce and the effective and practical consulting of our clients, so that you will be able to guide them to success.


No experience and looking for a career change?
No problem During the training period, you will learn everything you need to know for the job. Previous knowledge in eCommerce or marketing is not necessary.


Responsibilities:


  • Onboarding new clients to our digital consulting services.
  • Managing and activating our digital training platforms and courses.
  • Maintaining our client database.
  • After training, you will be able to answer all contentrelated questions about our consulting programs.
  • Daily telephone and written group support for client inquiries.
  • Preparation and/or execution of live calls.
