We are currently looking for flexible and dedicated employees (m/f/d) to join our company in Roseville, MN in a full-time position

Project Manager (m/f/d) for our Stockstadt branch

The Elektrotechnik Schuster GmbH was founded in 1992 in Dischingen, Swabia and is now a family-owned business with a strong team of over 60 qualified and motivated employees.

YOUR TASKS

Independent project management in close collaboration with our clients
Monitoring deadlines and coordinating all activities with clients and suppliers on site
Project cost control
Preparation of offers, management of additional services, organization of project billing
Project calculation
Time control of construction sites, based on predetermined installation times from the calculation basis
Employee management, coordination of installation personnel (e.g. instructions, compliance with occupational safety, compliance with construction site regulations)
Management of the entire work process, coordination with other accompanying trades
Knowledge of current VOB/TAB and general technical rules

YOUR PROFILE

Completed electrical engineering training as an electrician, preferably with further training as a master or statecertified technician
Several years of experience in project management and leadership in technical building equipment
Strong communication skills, team spirit, coordination and organizational skills
Sense of responsibility for quality, cost and timely project implementation
Independent and goaloriented work style
Development of pragmatic solutions
Decisionmaking ability
Confident and calm demeanor
