    We are hiring and looking for agents that have an active P&C license and 1 year of P&C Sales experience in a high-performance setting. If you can produce at a high level, you will not make as much money anywhere else

    Allstate experience is a big plus

    New hires will be subject to a background check.

    Responsibilities

    This is NOT the right opportunity for you if:

    • You don't want to work in a fast-paced sales environment; If brick-and-mortar offices are your scene and you've never had to spend your day making back-to-back calls, this will not be the job for you. There will occasionally be inbound calls, however, the rest of the time, you will be calling the leads we give you. We care a lot about making sure that Zimmerman Agencies is also the right fit for you, as we know how tricky making a career change can be in these times
    • Are lacking dedication and self-motivation: Dedication to improving yourself daily. This means being a better sales rep every day, but it also means learning how our company is structured, what our products are, how we go to market, who we partner with, and how our products improve the lives of our clients.
    • Are not friends with technology and multitasking is just not your cup of tea: Success here means a balance between killer sales skills and minimal issues with documentation, mastery of internal tools, and an inbox that does not scare small children. A great Insurance Rep can multitask daily while maintaining and keeping our ordering system in check.
    • You dread sharing and receiving feedback: Along the way, you will encounter challenges and opportunities and how you respond will forever mark your journey. We will ask you to look at each as a problem to solve, full-heartedly accept constant feedback from your team, and adapt as you go. Solving each problem is one of our core values
    • Are not a people-person: Our team prides itself on providing a world-class customer experience with all of our customers whether they are the first call of the day or the last call.
    • You lack the ability to turn off: Work is work, but your work will suffer if you don't have a life outside of it. When you are on, work your tail off. When you're off, go be with your family, hang out with your friends, or do whatever you need to do to recharge your battery. I'll call you out on it if you don't

    Requirements

    What you'll need to be considered:

    • Be a record-breaking seller with a P&C License. The more, the better We pay top dollar for Rockstar's If you average a production of more than 25k per month, you need to talk to us
    • P&C licensed in Nebraska
    • 1+ years of insurance sales experience with proven production
    • A desire to mold your career
    • A strong desire to help people and make a difference in their lives
