Job Description:

What you can expect:

  • Assist in the delivery of executive and global compensation programs and processes, in line with market practices and company strategy.
  • Support the performance review process.
  • Help implement job architecture and grading.
  • Conduct annual benchmarking and compensation assessments to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Analyze internal pay data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving equity and strengthening our position in the market.
  • Support communication and change management for the implementation of compensation programs.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in compensation or rewards within an HR team.
  • Familiarity with digital reward solutions.
