As a Call Center Agent, Telephone Customer Service Representative, Administrative Assistant - full-time or part-time, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing telephone and written support to business customers
  • Handling inquiries related to the switching process, data maintenance, meter readings, invoice explanations, and other requests

Qualifications:

  • Experience in telephone customer service
  • Accurate and reliable work ethic
  • Strong understanding of numbers and data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
  • A background in business administration or customer service experience is preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customeroriented mindset complete your profile
  • Ideally, you have previous knowledge in the energy industry
