Introduction:

At our headquarters in Kenbridge, VA, we systematically, objectively, and transparently evaluate all company processes in the field of auditing.

As a team, we serve as the second eye of the management in their control and management function. With a focus on sales, warehouse, and logistics processes, we identify potential for optimization throughout Germany.

Your responsibilities:

You will travel to our branches throughout Germany and audit their processes, ensuring the best possible shopping experience for our customers.

Specifically, this means:

Independently creating, conducting, coordinating, and following up on internal audits
Preparing reports and presentations
Identifying potential for improvement in branch processes
Acting as a liaison between sales colleagues and the headquarters

Your profile:

Willingness to travel throughout Germany and a valid Class B driver's license
Strong communication skills and high level of empathy
Excellent written and spoken German skills
Overall understanding of business operations
Successfully completed degree program
