We are looking for a
Project Planner / Urban Planner for our client in Hamburg, as part of direct placement.


As a Project Planner / Urban Planner, you will be responsible for the implementation and realization of infrastructure projects, as well as supporting our client's clients.


Tasks, Competencies, and Responsibilities

  • Conducting approval procedures for infrastructure projects
  • Analyzing and evaluating project documents, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations
  • Creating project plans and timelines for the approval process
  • Coordinating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as authorities, experts, and planners
  • Researching landowners and negotiating for the use or acquisition of land
  • Creating and monitoring contractual agreements for land use or acquisition
  • Ensuring compliance with deadlines and budget requirements during the approval process
  • Documenting and reporting on the progress of the procedure

Professional Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, preferably with some professional experience
  • Experience in conducting approval procedures or similar authorization processes
  • Good knowledge of building law and relevant regulations
  • Class B driver's license
  • Negotiation skills and experience in contract drafting
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and common project management tools
