Your responsibilities:


  • Planning, designing, and operating a highavailability network for data and VoIP services
  • Thirdlevel support and troubleshooting (incident, problem, and change management)
  • Operation of network management systems, firewalls, and planning network expansions
  • Collaboration with 2ndlevel support

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed studies in one of the STEM fields or completed IT vocational training
  • First professional experience in network administration, network planning, and network monitoring
  • Knowledge of ticket systems, IT security, and data protection
  • Certifications in ITIL, CCNA, CCNP are a plus
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and a strong service orientation
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
