    Requirements

    Ideally, you have most of this, maybe less, and probably something more:

    Required Competencies

    • Broad IT background including hardware, software and network support
    • Is dedicated to delivering customer value
    • Has ability to build effective relationships
    • Has solid communication skills
    • Work patiently with end-users who are frustrated and need issues to be resolved quickly or helpful guidance with using the solutions
    • Is open to change and enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
    • Has fluency in English, both written and spoken
    • Interest in the end users' needs regarding IT
    • Skilled in IT infrastructure management
    • Interested of new technology
    • Passion for innovation and new technology

    Desirable Competences/Certificates

    • ITIL Foundation
    • Agile SAFe

    Experience Required

    • Two years' experience in an Engineering Environment
    • Five years of IT experience of onsite IT support including hardware, software and network support
