- Provide IT support across multiple locations, including corporate headquarters and distribution centers.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ranging from printer configurations to ERP/CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address IT-related challenges and optimize system performance.
- Assist in the implementation of new software solutions, including Business Central and other enterprise systems.
- Act as a liaison between end-users and third-party MSP for escalated technical issues.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge-sharing resources to support ongoing training initiatives.
- Utilize SQL and other programming languages to optimize system functionality and data management.
- Support end-user training initiatives and facilitate knowledge transfer for new technology solutions.
- Foster a customer-centric approach to IT support, ensuring timely resolution of user inquiries and concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a hands-on IT support role, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and other programming languages, with the ability to troubleshoot and modify code as needed.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with a wide range of hardware and software systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
