    Are you ready to be a part of a consistently growing event marketing company offering marketing, advertising, and consulting services to large national companies and corporations? As we continue to expand, we're seeking a dedicated Public Relations and Communications Assistant to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management to align PR initiatives with company objectives.
    • Organize PR events and represent the company as a spokesperson, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
    • Build and nurture relationships with customers, effectively communicating promotional services and initiatives.
    • Develop PR strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
    • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with consumer, community, employee, and public interest groups.
    • Coach client representatives in effective communication with the public and employees.
    • Analyze the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to develop PR strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services.
    • Maintain the organization's image and identity through strategic PR efforts.
    • Collaborate with managers to identify trends and evaluate advertising to ensure alignment with PR efforts.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in public relations, sales, or related fields is preferred.
    • Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
    • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
    • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities.
    • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
