Your responsibilitiesSupport in planning and managing complex customer projects in our Customer Service department
Ensuring compliance with contract goals / Service Level Agreements in terms of time, cost, and quality
Assisting in proposal creation and supporting sales
Conceptualizing and managing project resources, as well as calculating and monitoring project and support cost budgets
Ongoing documentation and reporting of project status and identification of optimization potential
Your profile
Completed degree and relevant professional experience in coordinating complex projects or a service operation
Extensive experience in project and risk management, as well as project controlling and reporting using various methods, ideally in the customer service field
Analytical thinking and knowledge of analysis methods
Certification in PMI, ITIL, or similar, as well as experience with MS Office (especially MS Project), Jira, and Confluence are advantageous, but not required
High self-motivation, effective communication skills, and team spirit.
