The Central Laundry, Department of Business Operations, is currently seeking a


Sewing Employee (m/f/d) for immediate employment:

  • The sewing department is part of the central laundry of the University Hospital Freiburg. Using state-of-the-art technology, we provide a professional and efficient laundry service for our patients and employees. The use of modern machines and techniques makes this profession very diverse and exciting. Sustainability is becoming increasingly important in this field.

An insight into your tasks:


  • Quality control and alterations/repairs of pool laundry from the hospital
  • Independent execution of alterations on protective clothing
  • Production of individual parts according to specifications
  • Small sewing jobs for customers
  • If necessary, assistance in the laundry department
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday mornings (8:00 am to 12:00 pm)
