Job Summary

As a Hotel Coordinator, the role entails booking hotels for displaced policyholders based on their needs and requirements set froth from the insurance carriers. Additional responsibilities include administrative work including folio collections and resolving folio issues, processing hotel extensions, assisting with hotel billing and other hotel financial and administrative tasks.You will responsible for answering inbound calls and providing general customer service to clients and vendors.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

·Contact clients to confirm family's needs within a required timeframe

·Search for and book hotel stay for family based on hotel' suitability and location

·Confirm billing information with hotel and update clients of booking

·Assist with calling hotels to confirm checks-outs/check-ins as well as collecting folios

·Assist in claim maintenance including hotel extensions, relocation requests, etc,

·Assist in receiving and filing hotel service agreements into correct files

·Provide general customer services support to inbound callers

·Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Requirements

·Excellent and professional phone voice with strong written and verbal communication skills including proper grammar and phone etiquette

·Strong math skills, attention to detail and research skills

·Excellent data entry, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and customer service skills

·Ability to work independently, show initiative, be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines

·Proficient in Microsoft Office Products

·High School diploma or GED – BA/BS Degree preferred

·Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service preferably in the hospitality industry
