- Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
- Preparing financial analyses and reports.
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
- Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
- Assisting with annual audit preparations.
- Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
- Own assigned duties for the month-end close of the general ledger, including cash, revenue margins, people costs, and overhead postings.
- Assist in streamlining the month-end process; development of journal entry checklist, closing checklists, procedures, and supporting schedules.
- Responsible for ensuring balance sheets are up-to-date and variances are investigated and cleared promptly.
- Act as liaison with internal managers in providing them with research information.
- Contributing to developing new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
- Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
- Assist the Finance team in various other ad hoc projects as needed.
- Provide guidance to accounting staff through leadership and training.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Working knowledge GAAP.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and stress management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to train and manage staff.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision.
- Hours: Full–Time Employment. 40+ hours per week
- Pay rate: Annual Salary, Depending on Experience + Annual Bonus, Depending on Company and Individual Performance.
