    • Periodic preventative maintenance of restaurant equipment
    • Restaurant equipment repairs
    • Refrigeration equipment repairs such as ice machines, walk-in refrigerator and freezer units, and stand-alone units
    • Flooring, plumbing, and electrical repairs
    • Equipment installation

    Gold Standard Service Company seeks a Food Service Junior Technician to serve the Richmond, VA, area. This role comes with a $2000 sign-on bonus. The role of the Food Service Junior Technician is to offer repair, maintenance, and service support for various equipment in accordance with customer requirements and company standards. The Food Service Junior Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, performing repairs and replacements, and ensuring the proper functioning and safety of the equipment. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

    • Able to work as part of a team
    • Have a strong attention to detail
    • Are customer-oriented and have excellent communication skills

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 3 Years of Experience required
    • Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing electronic devices
    • Knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and hardware components
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
    • Other certifications, licenses, and trade skills are a plus

    Job type: Full-time

    Salary: 25 to 34 / hr
