Thermomess Heat Measurement Services AG is a medium-sized company in the field of consumption-based energy, water, and ancillary cost billing. Our company offers individual, tailored solutions for the housing industry, operates nationwide and in some EU countries, and has several branches. In addition, we distribute, rent, install, and maintain high-quality consumption monitoring devices from well-known manufacturers, as well as our own products, and advise our customers on the selection of suitable measurement equipment from an economic perspective.

We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Technician (m/f/d) to join our team in Chemnitz.

Preferred candidates will have completed training as a plumber or heating engineer, possess strong manual skills, have a friendly demeanor, and enjoy working with people.
You are familiar with working in a service-oriented environment and are willing to work overtime during peak periods.

Your responsibilities:

Installation and removal of heating and water consumption monitoring devices
Installation and maintenance of smoke detectors according to DIN standards
Reading of consumption monitoring devices and documentation using our in-house smartphone app
