    Job Description

    Concrete Driveway Co is in search of motivated Field Account Executives to join the team in a hybrid opportunity, allowing high-performing sales individuals to contribute to company growth and achieve financial success. If you embody hunger, humility, and honesty, we want to hear from YOU!

    What you can look forward to:

    • Engage in all stages of the sales process, from initial estimates to closing deals
    • Maintain an organized deal pipeline in the CRM system
    • Travel within designated territory to meet with homeowners
    • Provide transparent information to help customers make informed decisions
    • Prepare and send professional quotes to customers
    • Follow up with customers to finalize sales
    • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth job execution

    It would be ideal if you have:

    • 1-2 years of sales closing experience
    • Background in B2C sales
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Effective communication and active listening skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
