- Build and engage with a candidate pipeline of new or existing healthcare professionals to introduce job opportunities and develop quality relationships
- Utilize different sourcing methods of referrals, job postings, social media platforms, a company provided database, etc. – get creative
- Collaborate with our partnered institutions to obtain job orders and details, provide qualified and screened candidates, and coordinate candidates' activity
- Pitch and sell our staffing services to institutions to build rapport and gain new clients
- Collaborate with our diverse team of professionals on deals
- Plan and organize your daily sales call activities to optimize the use of time and meet quotas
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Sales experience is nice to have but not required
- Work/Life Balance – We understand the importance of balancing your personal and professional life to prevent burnout and make time for other obligations, so we offer a flex schedule to allow for that: Monday-Friday 8a-5p or 7a-4p. No weekends or late nights required
