    Our client is in search of a seasoned Payroll Administrator to become a valued member of their HR team The ideal candidate will boast significant expertise in payroll processing, adeptness at managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines, and possess a self-driven, detail-oriented mindset.

    Responsibilities:
    • Compile and manage payroll data, including timesheets, deductions, and bonuses.
    • Run payroll and benefits-related reports.
    • Coordinate paid leave and maintain employee information.
    • Ensure accurate payroll records and assist with legal compliance.
    • Review timesheets for accuracy.
    • Process payroll data and transfer funds.
    • Support HR with benefits administration and special projects.
    Qualifications:
    • Associate's degree or higher and/or equivalent years experience will be considered.
    • Experience with multi-state and international payroll processing is required.
    • 5-10 years of overall payroll experience.
    • ADP Workforce Now experience is highly preferred. Deltek accounting software experience is also a plus.
