In water supply, we ensure the treatment and distribution of drinking water in Berlin and are responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance of pipes, pumps and waterworks.
Processing of personnel and organizational matters (e.g. electronic time recording, performance invoicing, travel coordination, processing of sick leave, control and invoicing in SAP-HR)
Creating orders, booking goods receipts, if necessary adjusting order values and maintaining invoice history
Preparing commercial evaluations and cost monitoring
Creating internal orders and their commercial control
Conducting inventory
Organizing and conducting work in an office (e.g. organizing filing and appointments, creating letters, protocols, presentations)
What you bring with you
Completed training as an office manager, office clerk or industrial clerk
High reliability and self-control in task completion (payroll)
Confidential handling of personal information and data
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and job-specific software (e.g. SAP H20, SAP SP1, TM1)
Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, personnel handbook and collective agreements
Basic knowledge of collective bargaining agreements (TV-V)
Commitment, flexibility and independent work
Friendly and professional demeanor with a service-oriented attitude
