- Maintain "open door" communication with employees
- Seek out opportunities for guest-centric experiences in all outlets of the hotel by working with the departmental managers to put processes in place to ensure that these opportunities are executed by all employees
- Measure results (challenges, successes, etc.) and communicates on a weekly basis to Front Office Manager
- Collaborate with Brand Experience Manager to develop and implement Hotel Guest Experience initiatives including executing VIP welcome amenity program and assistance with Brand Events and touch points
- Look for new/innovative ways to provide anticipatory service, coordinating among all departments for seamless execution of service, pre and post stay correspondence with guests
- Develop and distribute VIP arrival reporting so all departments are aware and have a visual guide for in-house VIP guests
- Assist the Front Office team in identifying VIP and return guests to provide a seamless arrival experience.
- Monitor hotel lobby for service, cleanliness, and proper systems functionality
- Be familiar with all safety and emergency procedures including OSHA requirements
- Attend relevant meetings as directed by Front Office Manager or General Manager
- Three (3) years related experience in hospitality or service industry
- Knowledge of neighborhood and city nightlife, restaurants, bars, museums, art and other cultural activities
