    Description
    Responsibilities
    1. Must be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
    2. Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow colleagues and other departments within the hotel
    3. Maintain "open door" communication with employees
    4. Seek out opportunities for guest-centric experiences in all outlets of the hotel by working with the departmental managers to put processes in place to ensure that these opportunities are executed by all employees
    5. Measure results (challenges, successes, etc.) and communicates on a weekly basis to Front Office Manager
    6. Collaborate with Brand Experience Manager to develop and implement Hotel Guest Experience initiatives including executing VIP welcome amenity program and assistance with Brand Events and touch points
    7. Look for new/innovative ways to provide anticipatory service, coordinating among all departments for seamless execution of service, pre and post stay correspondence with guests
    8. Develop and distribute VIP arrival reporting so all departments are aware and have a visual guide for in-house VIP guests
    9. Assist the Front Office team in identifying VIP and return guests to provide a seamless arrival experience.
    10. Monitor hotel lobby for service, cleanliness, and proper systems functionality
    11. Be familiar with all safety and emergency procedures including OSHA requirements
    12. Attend relevant meetings as directed by Front Office Manager or General Manager
    Core Competencies
    1. Three (3) years related experience in hospitality or service industry
    2. Knowledge of neighborhood and city nightlife, restaurants, bars, museums, art and other cultural activities
    3. Excellent customer service skills
    4. Strong communication skills
    5. Collaborative spirit
    6. Ethical Conduct
    7. Knowledge of Opera and Cendyn preferred
    8. Positive Attitude
    9. Eye for detail and excellent time management skills
    10. Problem solving abilities

    Compensation: $70,000.00 per year
