Líder para el equipo de People Experience para el AC Buenos Aires, liderando un equipo de 5 personas gestionando los siguientes procesos:Encuesta de clima:
Todos los años en abril se lanza la encuesta de clima global, el rol tiene la responsabilidad de planificar la implementación, gestionar la encuesta y análisis de resultados para diseñar un plan de acción.
Puede que algunos años se realice una encuesta de mitad de año durante noviembre con las mismas responsabilidades.Desarrollo:
Es responsable de gestionar el proceso anual de evaluación de desempeño, interpretando los lineamientos de US para aplicarlos en Buenos Aires.
Asimismo de implementar y gestionar programas de desarrollo como Career Coach, programa de desarrollo para directores, cuadros de reemplazo, análisis de potencial, entre otros.
Onboarding:
Es responsable de gestionar el proceso de onboarding, que es considerado desde que el candidato acepta la oferta hasta que cumple 3 meses en la firma.
En este sentido las responsabilidades incluyen el onboarding del primer día, gestión y análisis de las encuestas del primer día y primer mes, asignación de anfitriones, career coach y Squads según sea necesario.
Propuesta de valor:
Mantener actualizada la propuesta de valor, integrándola con la de Uruguay, llevando adelante iniciativas tanto locales como impulsadas por US en todas las dimensiones.
Comunicación interna:
Tiene la responsabilidad de ser el nexo entre el equipo de Change & Comms y HC, haciendo que ambas áreas trabajen de manera conjunta e integrada unificando criterios para eventos, comunicación de novedades, entre otras cosas.
Competencias necesarias:
Se busca una persona que pueda llevar adelante de punta a punta los proyectos e iniciativas que surjan, pudiendo interactuar de manera fluida con interlocutores de US.
Experiencia previa de 6+ años en posiciones similares.
Inglés avanzado (excluyente)
