About This Role:
The Treasury Management Accountant (Accountant III) manages the University-wide eCommerce activity as it relates to accounts receivable activity. This includes facilitating collaboration and communication between third-party payment processing vendors, banking services, and the University. Assist campus users in exploring e-Commerce solutions to meet payment collection methods. Complete reconciliation of university charges, fees, and discrepancies associated with eCommerce transactions. Manage merchant services for the University, including credit card terminal activity for the University concerning installation and setup of new credit card terminals, troubleshooting issues with terminals or processing, and upgrading terminals per PCI regulations. Oversee University-wide Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance including the preparation of and submittal of the annual PCI certification report to establish the University as compliant in accordance with Data Security Standards (DSS). Provide ongoing training to campus users on best practices in conducting point-of-sale transactions and eCommerce activities.
